Details of 27June2009 training are as follow!
Reporting Place: Red Cross House, Haw Par Hall
Reporting Time: 10am
Dismissal Time: est. 10pm
Attire: Full Red Cross Uniform(Do ensure your uniform is in tip-top condition)
Things to bring:
1. 1.5L Ice Mountain Water Bottle with label
2. Medication (if any)
3. Light Breakfast
4. Simple gift for angel and mortal
5. PERSONAL THERMOMETER
NEW STUFF
6.SAFETY-PINS TO SECURE LANYARDS
7. POWDER.
**Try to powder your armpits before training to prevent abrasions when marching.
*** please have sufficient rest, at least 7 hours of sleep the night before and drink 8 glasses of water the day before training!PICTURES FROM CR1!
